This plastic clinching machine is depending on the size of radiator (aluminum tube and aluminum fin type), it is non standard products, the customer is required to provide us the details of radiator.
1) Crimp lugs at both the side progressively at a time.
2) 100 Nos. of crimping program should be stored in memory.
3) PLC control system.
4) 4 to 6 Pitch programming should be possible in a single linear travel of tool.
5) Maximum core size should accommodate in the machine.

Work Cycle time =3 min / core
Clinching 2 tabs at a time

Min tab pitch = 9.5mm
Max tab height = 6mm
